Please take a photo and explain the location according to the photo, you can reply to the order confirmation email.
You can cancel the plan/order any time, but you can not change the plan
To make another order with the plan you like is the way to change the plan and the unfinished work with the order is the cancellation fee.
If it’s lost, you need to pay $99 for the loss.
For any reason, if you want to fix it, you can order a fixing in the proper zone.
For the same day installation, the extra charge will be the same price as fixing.
For the appointment installation for any reason, the extra charge will be the same price as fixing.
For any reason refusal, tenant or seller, etc, there will be a charge of 70% of the full price for that trip plus full price if want us to come back to install it again.
If there is no cancellation, the plan will be automatically renewed at the frequency you ordered.
You can cancel any time by logging into your account.
We have a free service for storing your signs, the first time customer, you can drop your signs on the installation site with an instruction in the order and follow a reply email of the order confirmation with the photo of where you hide your signs.
The best way to contact us is email. Our phone number is only for voice mail.
If your credit card expired, we will try to contact you. But for any reason, we failed to contact you, and your payment can not go through. We will remove the post 7 days later and leave your sign on the site.
The maximum amount of the damage or responsibility from us will be limited to CAD$100.00, by storm, or any other reasons.
You can post your listings on our website for free and by doing that you agreed us to post your listings on our social media.

Store Credits of Sign Installation

The store credits will be expired automatically after one year. If you can not use up your credits, you can apply to extend it before it’s expired.

You can extend any more before it really expired.
